1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting the vendor sign-up form, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between Coverall Realty Group LLC ("we," "us," "our") and the vendor ("you," "your").

2. Vendor Obligations

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the sign-up process and to notify us of any changes to your contact details or services.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the services you provide.
Quality of Service: You agree to deliver high-quality services to any clients referred to you by us and to maintain professional standards at all times.
3. Referrals

Non-Exclusivity: This agreement does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals or exclusive rights to referrals from us.
Client Communication: All communication with referred clients should be professional and respectful. You agree to handle all referred clients with care and integrity.
4. Liability

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Coverall Realty Group LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your services or actions.
Limitation of Liability: Coverall Realty Group LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the referral of clients or your provision of services.
5. Termination

Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, you agree to complete any outstanding services for referred clients in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Confidentiality

Client Information: You agree to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any personal or financial information of referred clients without their consent.
7. Amendments

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation in the vendor network after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
